Kayla Lochte

As a mother of three, one of the most important things to me is living in a family-friendly community. When my husband and I decided to move from Los Angeles to Gainesville, we fell in love with the charm of the Town of Tioga and the friendly nature of its residents, and have consequently developed lifelong friendships. As your Realtor, it's my goal to help you find the home and community you desire.

One of my fondest memories as a child is being on the job site with my dad and grandfather. Together they built luxury homes and I distinctly recall arriving at the job site before the sun came up. This instilled in me my love for home design, a strong work ethic, values, determination, and the desire to continue learning new things. 

Having chosen to join the Tioga Realty team, we provide a combined 100-plus years of experience, allowing us to serve our clients with a keen understanding of the market on a local and broad scale. Purchasing a home can be both exciting and overwhelming and it is my job to ensure the entire home buying and selling process is seamless and enjoyable. 

Outside of work, you can find me @kaylaraereid gardening with the kids, cooking a new recipe, working out, attending church and even sneaking in a beach vacation with the family.
